I have not had service on any of the 4 phones in my Verizon plan for months when we are home. We are either in SOS or have 1 bar. We can’t receive calls or make them. This is an ongoing issue that Verizon has done nothing about. I am frustrated and angry by the lack of help I’ve received. I have two kids and it’s insane that I can not call and they can’t call me either. I can’t even speak with Verizon when I am home because I do not have enough service. Can anyone help me!?
