Hello,
I live in Northern Virginia, specifically Parkfairfax in Alexandria, and it is a complete deadzone for cell service for just Verizon. Everybody who has Sprint, T-Mobile, etc. do not have cell service issues. I've noticed other posts have been made, but nothing has been done. It's pretty ridiculous that Verizon customers are the only ones who do not have signal here while everybody else does in a very developed area.

Hi, StefG! We know how important it is to stay connected & are here ready to help investigate further into the service issues going on in this area. I took a look, & I'm not showing any outages. This doesn't mean that you're not having a service issue. Let's continue. When did this issue begin? What error message do you hear/see when you try to place a call, send a text & use data? Does the problem persist indoors/outdoors?

I have the same issue. It is especially bad on Valley Drive and Gunston Rd and Beverley Dr. In addition our in home internet constantly spins up at Dogwood Dr. We are going to have three separate family households leave Verizon if this issue (deadzone) cannot be fixed. That is a total of 7 cell phones; two landlines and three in home services and we cannot get Fios! We are thinking of going in hone to Comcast XFinity and cell to Sprint.

We would be sad if you left the family. I rely on my signal in my area so I want to ensure that we get the bottom of your service. Can you tell me more about what is going on? Is it only your data? What happens if you leave the area do you get better signal? -Amber

Again, Verizon just needs a support site or an app where their customers can report poor coverage areas, and then Verizon can respond. It isn't hard, guys.
Customers' experience is that [1] we have to report this on the Community site because there is not a path thru the normal support tree to report network problems (chat or voice); and [2] there is not a path from the Community site to Verizon network management teams to investigate and respond to customer experience problems (sort term or long term).
