Not receiving Mobile + Home mbile discount or rewards

I signed up for the Mobile + Home discount program in November 2020, which is supposed to give me a $10 credit per month on my home bill, a $10 credit per month on my mobile bill, and $5 device dollars per month (in addition to the standard $5 through he UP program). The $10 discount has appeared on my Fios home invoice since October 2020, but I have never received the discount on my Mobile account. I have called multiple times and opened many tickets over months with no resolution. I am owed $120 ($10 x 12 month) in missed credits, and $60 device dollars.
Can't anyone help? I have spent too long on hold and nobody seems capable to fix this.
