Ongoing Subscription and Billing Issues – Seeking Immediate Help

Hi Verizon Community,
I’m posting here out of frustration after months of unresolved issues with my Disney+/Hulu subscription and billing discrepancies. I’ve spent over six hours on calls with Verizon since September, and despite assurances that my problems are being escalated, nothing has been resolved.
Here’s What’s Happening:
1. Disney+/Hulu Subscription Access:
• On Verizon’s end, my Disney+ account appears active, but Disney+ doesn’t recognize it, leaving me unable to access my account. Disney+ has kindly granted temporary access, but we have had no access to Hulu at all.
• I was told last Sunday that the issue had been escalated. Despite this, I received no updates all week until I called today. After another 45 minutes on the phone, I was told I might get access by this Saturday—weeks after this should have been resolved.
2. Apple One Overbilling:
• Since September, I was being overcharged for two Apple One Individual accounts on top of my Family Plan. This was only corrected last week after I made another call.
• I wasn’t informed about how to merge these accounts, which required yet another call.
Why This Matters:
I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer with a perfect payment history for years, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing. Between the hours spent on calls, the lack of updates, and the delays, I feel like I’m constantly chasing answers.
What I Need:
I need someone from Verizon to take ownership of this issue and ensure my Disney+/Hulu subscription works by Saturday as promised. If not, I’ll have no choice but to explore other service providers who value my time and loyalty.
Verizon, please do better for your customers. I hope this community can help escalate this issue to someone who can finally resolve it.
