Only 1 bar

Hey Verizon, I hope it’s have been long time with you but recently in my house only one bar service and the sound when I’m done calling is a drop and interrupt so and the quality of the call dropped. I have to go all the way from my house to make a call, I tried to call customer service. I try everything and nothing gets fixed. I think all the customers had experience with this issue. We should switch to another service provider if this one  not able to fixed by Verizon itself,.

I don’t like to switch to another provider, but if there is no options, no choices I must do that.

All of my family that’s long time I live in Fairfax, Virginia and I not not in the mountains not far away from City center

. I’m in the center of the city. Should have a good signal

lol all these concerned responses from Verizon but the fact is there are no solutions I can see here that worked, and after calling them 3x and also troubleshooting online I am told it’s due to congestion in my area (which is on the edge of  small city) and there is nothing I can do but accept 1 bar service
