I am having the exact issue I am considering canceling my new service . I tried to add two more line and they are saying canceled can’t verify my identity ? If this order isn’t rectified today I will be canceling my Verizon service
If there is somebody from Verizon looking at this ***** order number and location code 1434901 in store pickup I am already a memenrr and they are telling me my order being canceled and there’s no information different . I will be canceling my service if this is an issue

Yes I am already a customer and my order was cancelled for no reason when I added a li e they said couldn’t validate my identity what a joke ? I am already a customer have been validated I had 3 lines now you say can’t validate . Now I’m oit
of 300$ and have wait 7-10 days for refund for something idiotic .Service Will be cancelled lll
