I placed an order over phone for 2 lines and Apple Watch. I provided all details as needed ( Driving License + Bill + recent pic) on the portal they provided. But 2 days after that I received an email that I need to reach out to Fraud department and my order was about to be cancelled. As usual Fraud department didn't provide any detail and I asked what evidence can I provide to make the alert go away. I have been AT&T customer for +10 years and never missed any payment. I have no negative remark on my credit history, so don't understand what can be done to get it resolved.
