I placed an order for an IPhone 14 Pro Gold on August 28th, it said 2 day shipping, it did not arrive on the 30th. I called Verizon Support on the 1st and they had me send my ID and proof of residence which i didnt know i had to to do but it said my order was accepted so cool. Two days later no phone. Called again and they had me fill out another document it is now the 4th and i still have no phone. My Order tracker had not moved to shipped it still said Ordered. Why is it taking so long it atleast could have shipped already. This is such an inconvenience.

Also when I go on my tracking it sayd delivery date will be updated soon but it has said that for 3 days now. Somebody help please.
