Order on hold

On June 11th, I ordered both an iPhone 15 plus and an apple watch. I used apple pay to pay and the order went through, however about 30 minutes after that it was refunded and verizon said i needed to update my payment method. I did, and it charged me $60 that went through.  my total for the day was $92. Later in the day, a $32 payment was declined, Iโ€™m assuming the rest of the order total was being charged. My orders were put on hold, so I called the customer care number and they referred me to the live agent chats, which when I spoke with them, they said my order was complete from their end, gave me a confirmation code and said itโ€™d update in my app in a few hours to say the same thing. Itโ€™s been a few days and it says both my orders are still on hold, however my phone was delivered to me.

yes it has been activated, I am currently using the phone that was ordered and delivered
