Order was canceled because Pro on the go couldnt deliver

I was on phone with customer service for quite some time because placed online order with pro on go delivery and needed to change it to pick up in store.  Several representatives confirmed that delivery would be done same day for 7 to 9 pm delivery, as i stated my son needed the phone asap.  At 509 pm received email stating order canceled.  Online system says order received.  Now I'm unable to plce another order because the upgrade is no longer avail.  Of course customer service is closed at 7 pm and store closed at 6 pm.  Anyone else had this issue?
