We always want you to have working service. Sorry you're having a hard time. I'm certainly happy to help. No issues have been reported in Hughson, Ca in the last 28 days. Are you still having this issue. If so, what's the model of your Blackberry device and how long have you been experiencing this issue? Also, do you know if any other VZW Customers are having problems also?
