My Verizon helpdesk (provided by Avotus) is telling me that the "share ID" feature will only allow all wireless lines to show the company name and that they can't personalize my outbound caller ID to my own name. I had my name configured this way previously and now it changed to the company name. Avotus says: "We sent an email to the account manager in reference to this and he states that Verizon does not have a feature on an individual level for business accounts." Is Avotus correct or is Avotus confused?
