Outgoing Caller ID

Hi, my name and phone number always appeared on people's landlines.  I wanted to remove my name so that it only showed my number.  So I clicked "remove" next to my number on the ShareName ID screen on the website.  But the change hasn't taken effect, is there some delay in doing this?  Is there something else I need to do?

Sorry to hear about the issues with blocking your number from displaying on Caller ID, vzuser14. We definitely want to make sure that this can get corrected. It's been a couple days since you wrote in about this. Are you still noticing that your name is appearing on Caller ID? Changes to a customer's Share Name ID can take up to 24 hours to properly display.
