It is difficult to locate a platform to enter a thank you and compliment to Raquan, Sales Liaison at the VERIZON ECGR-Greenville NC 4411 E. 10th Street location. 

Today we purchased a new IPHONE 13 Pro and transferred and iPhone SE2020 to my husband.  Raquan provided stellar customer service to us-his ability to manage all aspects of the sales, transfer, satisfaction and care as well as being an overall cordial, professional as well as being a very nice person is to be acknowledged.   Our experience was very positive, pleasant and efficient.  We learned much and were able to take advantage of the sales perks being offered.   His thorough knowledge of what has to be accomplished to achieve success and the outcome desired should be well recognized and rewarded,
