I was promised a deal by a Verizon agent, I kept my side of the deal, but they did not. In fact, they almost doubled my monthly bill. Even after verifying with them the time, date and the name of their agent I made the deal with they did not rectify the problem. Neither have I received a response back yet and it has been over a month. I reached the point of going with another service provider after being with Verizon for many years just because of their scheme and their ignorance of their customer.
