You guys clearly oversold this network. When I go to a mall, airport, he’ll even sometimes a coffee shop with 10 people, despite having the full 5g service, I can’t even open google. My friends on sprint and att can though!! For all of those reading who have held onto Verizon for 20 years like myself-LEAVE-you won’t regret it. This company and service aren’t what we used to love, not only are they no longer proudly number 1, they don’t even care.

You’ve got my number, literally. I have reached out 30 times in the last 2 years. I literally had to sign in, and receive a text to my mobile (Verizon) number to even reply to this attempted face-saving comment. Why don’t you PM me? I think I’ve let you know where I’m at and what I plan to do.
Ps, sorry for the late reply, I’ve been unable to sign in because I’m in a populated area where they oversold the service so little to nothing works.
