I bought an S21 ultra 5G on 5/31 and found out Verizon cancelled my order because I failed to pick up my phone. The reason I didn't pick up my phone because Verizon never emailed or text me when my phone was ready for pick up, so they cancelled it. I attempted to repurchase the phone again only to be met with a "You have a pending order" message and I need to cancel my order or call the USELESS support line. So I check my order status page and the only order I have on there is the cancelled order. So I call the USELESS support line and these blockheads are as useless. For some reason they aren't able to see this "pending order" that I see on my end. So I use the USELESS chat agent to try and remedy it and this person managed to send me an order confirmation for a new phone which had a generous discount. BUT, there was a part on the invoice that my monthly bill would be charged 100.00/month which made me hesitate in processing the order. So, I called the USELESS support line again and even gave them the confirmation number and Location code (whatever that is), and they were USELESS in helping me out. So now, I still have this pending order message every time I try and buy the S21 Ultra 5G.
