I have been a Verizon customer for nearly 20 years. I had no coverage issues until about Feb 2021. The coverage since has been terrible both in and near my house up to about 1-2 miles away. Everyone I know with Verizon in my area has had the same issue, so it isn’t just me or my phone. One neighbor switched to T mobile to try to get decent service and it is much better. The rest of us will follow soon if we can’t get service on the Verizon network.

I've lived in the same house for 21 years and used Verizon for at least the last 10. For the first time ever my coverage in 31808 is weak or non-existent.
It began September 24, 2023. Agents explained it had something to do with my old plan that needed to be converted to a newer plan to improve compatibility with the new Tower.
The new plan seemingly has nothing to do with it. So they sent me a loaner LTE network extender that I can use with my electricity and Spectrum wifi to compensate for aparent cutbacks and the plunging value of the firm.
Another suggestion from the Verizon team is to get a new phone when the Motorola Edge getting no signal at home is only a year old and I'm still paying for it monthly
