POOR SERVICE

We have been verizon customers for years, in the last 6 months we have been experiencing dropped calls and no service where we had service  before. I think verizon you need to re-evaluate your advertising because your service isn't what it used to be, it sucks!! And I am not talking about just data phones. When you first came to McNeal, Az you had the best service around, we couldn't brag about you enough, now we can't stop cussing you. So what are you doing to improve our service again???

I am in NJ and ever since the KitKat update my phone has been sh@t for service!! Constantly drop calls!! B&M Verizon store tech told me that an update was due out last week, NOTHING! I am to the point where we are going to drop Verizon as a provider ASAP unless they make good on this VERY soon! Been a loyal customer for years and pay over $500 a month for their services! Customer support like this sucks and they should do better. They are touting a more everything plan but really just watering down everything. I am fed up with the excuses!

Mambolm We don't want you to drop our services. Let's get to the bottom of your device concerns w/the KitKat update. What device do you have? Please share more details about the specific device issues. Also, what NJ zip code code are you located in?

85282 - HTC One M8. There is nothing that can be done, Verizon's network is just not that good (indoors and outdoors). Good enough maybe, but far from great. I am on my 3rd M8 in 3 months and despite multiple factory resets, new sim cards, toggling settings between LTE and Global, reducing the number of third party apps, reserving data use to outdoors essentially, clearing cache and as mentioned previously, replacing the device. After all this, the signal production has remained the same...very minimal, always slow and always dropping to 3G. I was offered a network extender...unless its mobile it does nothing for me.

Since moving to 85282 more than 2 years ago, I have owned the GS3, GS4, Note 2 and 3, M7, M8 and One Maxx and each device produced the same signal strength. Verizon's network is just weak here. I have already attempted to port but each other carrier requires several hundreds of dollars to establish service, therefore, I am stuck paying for a service that hardly works Smiley Happy
