I used to NEVER loose a call EVER and now on my drive home everyday I drop calls every half mile in fact there is a 2 mile stretch of road where you can't get any signal. Two years ago that "dead zone" was not there. It gets worse every day there is a new dead spot where you either loose the call or the phone call starts breaking up. This is the worst quality of service! And the rep's just say that our signal is good in that area according to their map. Well it's not good it's action poor. We should get half off our bill since we only get half the service. If you were to break down in one of those spots you would have to walk a mile either way to get service to call for help. Sprint is looking better every day. Can you hear me now?
