Lately, my password has not been recognized repeatedly. I have to change it every time I attempt to access my account. Today I had to change it twice in one day because I needed to return to the account to confirm something. I know I entered it correctly.
Also, my PIN is not recognized any more and I have not changed it.
It is nearly impossible to speak to a human about questions which the digital assistant cannot answer.
