Does anyone else getting wrong info on their Verizon Wireless App? I have been enrolled in auto-payment for a very long time now. For my March bill, I got a NSF charge when I have sufficient funds and I didn't even see a changed on my bank statement. Then I paid manually on the App so I've paid twice in Match Already!! & I'm getting charge for something extra on my next bill!! For what, late fee!? Anyone else experiencing this?
Is Verizon taking advantage on COVID pandemic by confusing their customers & cheating the customers by canceling our auto-payment so we all get charge extra!?

We definitely want to make sure that you are able to rely on Autopay, Angrymob. Have there been any recent changes to your payment information that could have affected Autopay?
