Keeping your services active is important to both of us. When you know that you would not be able to make a payment to your account before the due date, it's recommended to set up a payment arrangement through My Verizon. Please keep in mind that there is a $7.00 agent assist fee if a rep sets one up for you, so using My Verizon will be the best way to set up your account payments.
