Will be leaving Verizon after 12 years. We have paid for 5 lines at over 325 A month. Went to purchase new phones and the sales person pulled a fast one. My phone came in but not my daughters so I purchased mine but because they were on the same ticket when she went to buy hers a glitch in the system says pending. Verizon will not let her purchase u til the pending is removed. We have spent hours online and 4 trips at over two hour each into the store and no one can resolve the issue. Her phone is on its last leg and we can’t get it resolved all because original salesperson put phones on the same ticket and they were not picked up at the same time. We can’t get any help so will have to leave and go with t mobile. It’s been a huge mess, all on Verizon’s side who cause all the issues. Come to find out sales people make more money by grouping phones together on one ticket instead of individual tickets and because one was picked up before the other one it caused their glitch that no one can solve.
