Phone calls going straight to voicemail on both sides, no missed call notification

I was hit by Hurricane Helene a month ago and when internet and everything came back on, 90% of the time my phone would go straight to voicemail when calling or being called, i don't have on airplane, do not disturb, call forwarding and i have even turned on and off wifi calling to test that, Nothing. I don't have any idea what is happening and every forum I try doesn't do anything for me, Any help is appreciated.

Let's gather more info. Aside from the Hurricane, any other changes? Who else is experiencing this problem? Aside from the calls, any other issues?

I have this same issue, every fix verizon tech support chat has applied is only a temporary fix. Dialing *73 to turn off call forwarding works temporarily. I have tried getting call forward disabled but since it is a basic service ( even if you never turn it on) a verizon system refresh turns it back on. I have reset my phone, my esim, had my phone bricked by tech chat and had to physically drive to a store because I had no service to communicate with chat after they deactivated my sim and didnโt or couldn't activate the esim remotely. They have told me itโs my phone I need a new one. Tried to upsale me a second number so the calls that donโt go through can be forwarded to another number. Makes sense when I cannot even receive calls on a single line right? I have been through trouble shooting numerous times. Hours and hours of tech chat. Nothing is a permanent solution. Tech support doesnโt seem to have a clue what other agents have done or just ignore it start again from square one.
