Phone hangs up immediately after call attempt

Phone hangs up immediately after call attempt and can't send receive texts. Not issue with bill. This has happened multiple times. Usually a restart fixes the issue but I shouldn't have to do that each time. Researched issue and found out the IMS registration status was not registered. I think that's the issue. Anyone know how to fix.

Hey there, Mkorn, I'm sorry to hear you're running into an issue with your phone. Are you seeing any errors when trying to place a call? Are you able to receive calls? What happens when trying to send a text?

No error for calls or texts. Can't send or receive texts. When try to send text, it says 'Trouble sending' and offers option to delete or retry. Call attempts just hang up immediately. No message or error. Incoming calls just go to v/m.

Thank you so much for the additional details. We want to make sure you're able to send/receive your calls and texts without any problems. Apart from restarting, have you tried any other troubleshooting steps?

aertai, We are concerned to learn that you are experiencing issues with your device. How long have you been experiencing issues with calls and text? Is this when contacting all numbers or only certain contacts? What type of device are you using? Any additional details you can share with us will be helpful so that we can work towards a resolution with you.
