Phone in SOS mode

My phone is in SOS mode, so I am unable to call for support. I've rebooted multiple times, updated to the latest OS, and tried toggling airplane mode multiple times. It searches for but cannot connect to Verizon network.

Hello, Gretna53, I'm sorry to hear you're running into an issue with seeing the SOS indicator on your phone. Thanks for trying those troubleshoting steps. Have you been able to remove your SIM card by chance? When did you first notice the SOS indicator? Is this happening no matter where you go?
