My phone “stopped working“ and they shared that my “SIM card failed” so they made me buy a new phone when I didn’t want one, I just wanted them to fix it. I now owe $1000 to pay off my phone and Verizon keeps making my phone bill go up and up each month and I’m sick of it. I called and asked for them to lower it. They lowered it for one month and then raised it again by $80. I’m extremely over and I want to change services but now I have to pay off $1000 for my phone and that was not in the agreement contract. I will never use Verizon again.
