My husbands phone will let him call out and send text messages but when someone calls him it says his number has been disconnected, changed, or no longer working. We have restarted phone and done all updates.
Was this line just ported into Verizon within the past 1-2 days? If so, incoming calls are still going through the old carrier and will be in limbo until the port finalizes. Outbound calls and any texts ought to work.
