Our phone service with Verizon has seriously degrade over the last few months. We live in southwest Montana 59721 zip code and have gone from multiple bars to 0-2 bars. Calls frequently go to voice mail without phone ringing, have to try multiple times to make outgoing calls, frequently have no bars, no service. I have checked settings on our phones (Motorola G7 and Motorola G5 Power, have turned airplane mode on and off, have pulled sim card and reinstalled. Something changed on Verizon's end and if it doesn't improve we will have to change carriers. I find it telling that there is no topic option for poor coverage.

TIMMUL48, I want to make sure we clear up any confusion. Colin's comment was in response to TJM59721's post, which is a different username from yours. Did you need assistance with your service? Could you please tell us a bit more about what's going on?

I apparently have two sign in names but TJM59721 is me. Not sure where TIMMULL48 came from. Bottom line, Verizon has clearly cut service in our area. My guess is that you cut towers in our area because we are too rural to provide enough revenue to make us workwhile. Our phones used to have good service with multiple bars of service; and, our phones worked fine last week in Brooklyn. I'm assuming we will have to switch to a different company unless Verizon can provide us a date that you will be adding back towers and providing improved service.

Please answer the question I asked in the private message here. I want to know: did Verizon drop some of their tower service in the 59721 area code. I know my phone seems to work fine in other more populus areas (like Brooklyn NY). I have gone through all of the phone checks recommended by Verizon and Motorola and found no problems. It seems clear that Verizon has degraded the service in my area and i would like Verizon to verify that here in this forum.
