Hi there so i had made an arrangement yesterday and they said thay it wouldnt be shutoff until that day if i didnt make the payment.... um well its shutoff and im very upset! I have screenshots and stuff from the rep themselves andni am very disappointed
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Adownin. That does seem rather odd, as setting up a payment arrangement would prevent the account's service from being interrupted. Please send us a Private Note, so we can look further into this issue with you.
I have the same issue called in March 15 and made an arrangement for March 29 and today March 21 my service is shut off can’t even dial 611 to talk to someone after calling on March 18 ti make sure the texts I was getting for pass due and sumervuce interruption was a mistake was assured it was noted that my service will last until March 29. Since I can’t call I’ll just show up at a store and complain, if this is how you treat someone that has been with y’all since 2010, Verizon can kiss my butt and the 400-500 I paid a month for the last 13 years GOODBYE!!!
