I ordered a phone on 8/13. My bank account was charged 368. I received a confirmation email of order and receipt of payment from Verizon. I also received Agreements. I had not received phone as of 18th. I went to check shipment status. No order to be found! After multiple hours on phone with Verizon, I am told there is a ticket put in to see IF I can receive a refund as they have no record. I have indicated I can send proof. I am told that isn't a possibility. An answer on IF I will receive refund will take 5 to 8 days. No phone can be sent. My bank states they cannot refund, it is a retailer issue. I have been advised to file criminal charges. Any other ideas on a resolution?
