We are trading in 2 I-Phone 8s in same account at the same time. We received the 2 trade-in kits but there was no indication of which phone should go into which kit. There was also no indication on our Verizon portal. So, we placed each phone in a trade in kit and shipped back. Now the emails confirming the return shipments indicate which phone corresponds to which UPS label and as it turns out we put the phones in the wrong packages. How do we make sure that there will not be a problem once the phones are received?

However since 7/20/21 there has been no further action or messages and both say
Final Trade-in value: $0.00

Trade-In Value for both phones still showing $0.00 and now the its says 7/27/2021 as the Date Shipment has Arrived when previously it showed 7/20/2021.
Why would the DATE be changed??

Was there any update from the above Verizon representative or on the trade-in order status page? I have the same concern as yours and am wondering if there's any update on your case.
