I bought a pixel 7 pro back when they were released. I genuinely thought the phone was great. Started having issues with the phone getting hot and the screen shutting off and flashing white. So I called and had it replaced. 3 months later I'm having the same issues with the pixel but this time I refuse to let them send me a new pixel because it's the same issues and others are also having the same issues. The solution they came up with was to have me either add a line to get a different phone or to outright pay the phone off. How can you sell a phone that even your rep admitted was faulty and then do nothing about it. I've been with Verizon for 10+ years and they treat me like I'm nothing. I'm done with Verizon and looking to move on to someone else.

We appreciate your years of loyalty and certainly don't want to see you leave the Verizon family. We'll gladly help with your device concern. As far as your phone overheating and powering off, is that happening when using certain apps? Has this affected your battery life?
