After reading this thread and browsing the internet it is clear that certain plans have lower priority than other Verizon plans. Verizon even says they de-prioritize certain plans here. I am experiencing exactly this degraded service over time compared to friends with different Verizon plans and the same phone.
(NOTE: Verizon says they do this, they just don't openly disclose which plans are on what tier for priority. Reference below search for: Search for: On certain plans, we may prioritize your 5G and 4G LTE data behind other traffic....

Request: Verizon, I want to change my plan in an informed way. Please provide a list of plans and their relative priority for both prepaid and postpaid so I can make an informed plan change.
