We used to have excellent Verizon coverage where I live (northern part of La Canada) but over the past 9 months or so, the service is very poor. Calls are frequently dropped and at times, we get a "no signal" indication, even when outside of the house. Can anything be done? We noticed new cell towers were installed about 2-3 years ago, but I'm assuming they are not used by Verizon given our poor coverage.
spencer 314159, we are concerned to hear you are having trouble with your service. Based on what you have provided there are no known or reported issues in this area currently. Do you have trouble with calls,texts and data usage? Do you typically use Wi-Fi calling or a Network Extender?
