As of about a week ago there has been poor cell service in the 19064 area. Included with this are call failures, poor quality of calls, and SOS mode on cell phone. I am active in my community and I am a former employee. I’ve been contacted by multiple people having similar issues. I’ve called to Verizon and have been told there are no problems. But there are obviously some big problems. Reliability has been terrible. Where do I go from here to have this checked? I am a proponent of Verizon and do not want to see people leaving. Thanks.

I have been with Verizon for over 15 years and lately the service has been horrible. No bars, it just keeps getting worse. Intermittent SOS onky, dropping calls, etc. We used to get excellent service everywhere and it has been getting worse and worse ever since 5g. What is going on? If this continues we will seriously consider switching to another provider. We do not want to but we need reliable service for both home and work needs. My entire family on The same plan is complaining,

I have called several times and no help other then them to say no issues! Well why do all my calls drop with a booster? Paying for poor service

Still no PM from Verizon. Everywhere I go LTE and two bars. Very frustrating,
