After years of waiting for a slight improvement, I am considering leaving Verizon. For 7 years I was hoping for basic improvements where I vacation in middle GA and of course the coverage has gone from bad to nearly non existent. With millions of apps on mobile stores, no app exist for reporting dead spots on Verizon. ATT has had an app for over a decade and collects data from the user when submitting a dead zone and at least truly seem like they care about the end user. As if it matters, East Dublin Georgia to Soperton Georgia is mostly a dead zone. Yes its a lower population dense area. But for dang sure it's in the middle of a with tons of growth and it's 2023. This lack of coverage is really pathetic. Dear Elon, Sat Phones ready yet?
The last thing we would want to see is for you to leave us, Roland15. I know that when I go on vacation myself, I like to stay connected just like you. We defintely want to take a closer look into this and see what we can do to help improve your coverage. What specifically isn't working at this location? How far from this location before service improves? Can you share the nearest cross streets and city where this happens?
