Poor Coverage in Bakersfield, CA

For the last year, Verizon Service has been terrible at 93305, where I work.   It has made work difficult for many of us.  I spoke with the  IT Department, they suggested it might be due to stronger signals from T-Mobile crowding out Verizon?  I thought the FCC ensured their bands were not in conflict with each other; am I wrong?

If this doesn't improve soon, I will need to either switch carriers, or move out of this town.  I can't work like this!
