Poor Coverage in Houston

I just moved from NYC to Houston and there is basically no service in my home (77027). Think we may need to cancel our plan and switch carriers to someone that actually provides service here.

We hope everything went smoothly for your recent move, however, we are concerned to learn that you are experiencing service issues at your new home. You shared that there is basically no service at your new home. Is your home the only area where you experience service issues? Have we completed any troubleshooting steps with you since your move?
