Poor Coverage in Marietta, GA 30064

Verizon's mobile cellular service near my home, my church, and my child's school (all of which is in contained within a 2.5 mile diameter area near Barrett Parkway in Marietta, GA 30064) is incredibly poor. We have trouble receiving calls and even text messages, and frequently drop calls.  My wife, and other Verizon customers in our area have the same trouble. Verizon has been called by larger commercial clients in the area, and they've even come out to test the service in the area. Verizon claims that our area has an acceptable signal; it does not. Signal strength is oftentimes one bar, two at best. While we cannot dispute that there is in fact a "signal" being broadcast to the area, Verizon knows (as we all do) that signal strength is dependent on many factors, not the least of which includes the strength and frequency of the sending stations. Signals sent to this area appear to be weak. We are in a major metropolitan suburb of Atlanta. This issue is experienced inside and outside of structures - it doesn't matter the setting. We've lived in this area for 14 years, and did not start having trouble until 5G came to the area. The issue could be oversubscription of users - as customers we could never know. The issue appears to be getting worse, however, and we are not receiving the value of the service for which we are paying. We've been Verizon customers for over 20 years. You all can do better. Please help. Thank you.
