I wanted to reach out about some ongoing issues we've been having with our Verizon service at both my house and my parents' house. Our zip codes are 77095 and 77433, respectively. We'd really appreciate it if you could look into this and see if there's anything that can be done to improve the service in our area. We want to continue using Verizon, but if things don't improve, we may have to consider other options.

I have lived in the 77038 area for 4 years and the Verizon signal here is very low to non-existent. I am using my AT&T Wi-Fi to make and receive calls with my Verizon phone but I am seriously considering changing providers for my wife's, son's and my own phone.

Having great service at home is always important, and we don't want you to be without the coverage you need.
First, we recommend troubleshooting just to be sure there isn't an issue with your devices. You can find troubleshooting steps here: https://www.verizon.com/support/devices/#mobile Just find your device, click "Troubleshoot" and find the issue that most closely matches what's going on around you.
After that, we'd like to take a closer look at the area on our side so we can make sure everything is OK there. If the issue continued after troubleshooting, please let us know so we can do so.
~Jesse
