South Whidbey Island. Single so weak I can't pick up my voice mail. So weak I can't change my message to tell people "Don't leave voice mail". What a bummer.
We certainly wish to assist wherever possible to get your connection back up to speed. Tell us, when did this issue begin occurring for you? Are your device and applications fully updated?
The poor signal is consistent for years, never better at any point. I suppose unsolvable until Verizon invests but I hear the competition isn't really much better. South Whidbey island is not remote with a vastly growing population so... I'll call Verizon to get help to change my voicemail message explaining not to leave voicemail since it is unusable.
