Poor Coverage

Since you can't really report poor coverage via 611 please do something about the non-existent coverage in a densely populated part of Parker, CO.  [Edited to remove Personal Information] in the Meadowlark Community and I have zero bars in my driveway  on both my work and personal phone, both with Verizon.  This is a problem as I am a first responder who gets called out for emergencies.  Your customer service did not help and your automated system never let me talk to a live person.

Hello SASwanso, we're sorry to learn about the issues you're experiencing. When did these issues begin? Are you having issues with your calls, text, data, or all of the above? Is anyone else that you know of, having this issue as well?

This issue has existed since moving here 3 months ago. The issue is with all the services. My vehicle's navigation is through Android Auto and I can't put in an address to navigate to until I get down the road into coverage. All the people who have Verizon around me as well as my wife are having the same issue. If it wasn't for the wifi  calling function my phone would be virtually useless at home. This community has over 500 homes as well as the surrounding subdivisions. I  can't believe we don't warrant the installation of a tower.

We’re having the same coverage problems in the Reserve at Durant Trails (Zip Code 27615).

This service issue has been reported to Verizon CS repeatedly and still there have been no improvements what so ever.

Very frustrating and like others we may need to consider alternate carriers
