Poor Service and Getting Worse

We have been with Verizon for years (15).  The is the second time I am posting on this forum hoping someone will fix the poor service issue my whole family is experiencing no matter where we are at.  On my first post I was told I was getting a PM, which never appeared. We have Unlimited Plus with 5G UW and all I have been getting for the past couple of weeks is 1-2 bars of LTE at best!  Prior to this, service was getting worse and worse, but this is just unacceptable.  I cannot even use my phone without dropped calls, breaking up or inability to access websites. We have a family plan and ALL of the phones on the plan are experiencing poor reception and connectivity issues.  This is obviously an ongoing problem and needs to be fixed.  I am not going to continue to pay for services that I am not receiving and may start to look elsewhere for a cheaper plan as I am not getting what I am paying for.  Verizon service used to be the most reliable and best service, but over the past couple years, reception and connectivity have been going downhill.  Very disappointed.
