Over the past 4 years the cell signal on our phones have gone from 5 bars to 1 bar in several locations in Colorado. It's not funny when the Verizon agent states that they see nothing on there side and we need to purchase new phones. We use the Samsung Note 4, Galaxy S4 and S3. There isn't anything wrong with the phone since we just got back from vacation in Wyoming and Montana and had 4-5 bars (never dropped below 4) every where we went. Maybe you should have a tech do a cite survey to make sure your towers are working on our side. We pay a lot of money for your services and they are not cutting lately.
