Poor Service

I have extremely poor signal in the zip code 07667 to the point where the Internet won't work at all, and sometimes I don't get text messages or other important pieces of communication.  Been a customer for about 4 months now and not happy I virtually have no phone at work.  T-Mobile works better here...what gives?
