Poor Service

Why has your service gotten so bad since your company started 5g?  I have never had issues until the company made this change.  Now you cannot get service almost anywhere.   I think you need to rethink just trying to make money and go back to the original company that cared about everyone having service and making sure their customers were satisfied.  I am fixing to have to start following the others and switch companies because I have a family member that has help problems and we rely on our phone to communicate with her watch to detect her seizures and if we cannot get service then that puts her at major risk.   Really wished Verizon would start taking these complaints seriously and showing their customers that they care and fix everything.

We never want you to have poor service, tcwolf. I know I depend on staying connected with family too. Where are you having this issue at? What zip code? Was this indoors or outside? -Joe
