Beginning about 7 days ago, cell service in the 19064 area has become abysmal. Many “call failures”, poor quality, SOS mode on cell phones. As a former employee who is active in the community, I’ve been contacted by others having these issues. It is happening to me as well. I tried to call for resolution but was told there are no reported issues in the area. Something is definitely wrong. How do we get this looked into?
