Poor connectivity

We switched form Comcast to Verizon and initially were thrilled. Then, our internet kept dropping. A tech came out and gave us a new router. Then our streaming kept buffering to the point it was impossible at times to even watch a show. Next, we could not playback the dvr on any device. Now certain devices cannot connect at all to the wifi. Frustrating isn't the word. I chatted with Verizon to set up an appointment. They came back and gave me a time when my husband needs his computer. I went to change the appointment online and surprise there is no record of it. UGH
